Project Server Guidelines

fonlibstor (project server) tips and usage guidelines:

 

1.) Access to the server may include access to all projects on the server

  • please only work in your own project's folder

  • do not delete or alter anything which is not yours

2.) Top level folders in fonlibstor may not exceed 300GB.

  • If you need more space, contact Fondren IT.

3.) Fondren IT can make new top level folders in fonlibstor.

  • Other staff should not make such folders because it can have an impact on the overall size of fonlibstor.

  • Ask Fondren IT for a new top level folder if needed (for example, for a new digital project).
