Steps:
- At the time a volume is completed scanning by student and before sending box to the archives
- Conduct a physical comparison of programs pamphlets to PDF files
- Document using the following form and provide form to WRC when transferring box
- Update Date Completed and Date box transferred in INVENTORY tab of google tracking spreadsheet
