Shepherd physical inventory check

Steps:

  • At the time a volume is completed scanning by student and before sending box to the archives
  • Conduct a physical comparison of programs pamphlets to PDF files
  • Document using the following form and provide form to WRC when transferring box
  • Update Date Completed and Date box transferred in INVENTORY tab of google tracking spreadsheet
