Steps:

At the time a volume is completed scanning by student and before sending box to the archives
Conduct a physical comparison of programs pamphlets to PDF files
Document using the following form and provide form to WRC when transferring box
Update Date Completed and Date box transferred in INVENTORY tab of google tracking spreadsheet
