Best used when scanning pages from a book (e.g. more rapid results with one scan have two files).

• Press OPTIONS button from the Scan Dialog Box

• In the System Tab, check box next to Spit image

• Press OK.

Notes:

• Split Image info should appear in Scan Settings Window to confirm settings

• Then proceed with scanning as usual

• TIP: may need to adjust auto filenaming setup.

• IMPORTANT: When using this feature, the ROI should be set so that the center of the book is the center of the ROI area selected. See screen shots below:
