  1. PhysicalObject

Local interpretation of this type is that it should only be applied to items where the physical object is housed within the physical university archives or library. Per the DCMI standard definition the "digital representations of, or surrogates for, these objects should use Image, Text or one of the other types." as the primary DCMI type. The PhysicalObject value is only used as a secondary term to faciliate browsing for 3D objects.
